Apparently Facebook is going to force the Timeline BS on the LRU fan-page on the 30th,which means I need to come up with a cover photo.I'm thinking pictures of our members photoshopped into one large image,but I'm open to suggestions if anyone has one

We all submit Good Photos and they are all photoshopped, like you said, Into like a collage or something until we get a pic with all the active members.
